About the event
Two hometown chefs. One long table.
Cindy Hyett of BusyButternut and Sam Crannell of Sam's Table have been friends since Naperville North. Cindy opens the evening, Sam takes the mains. Join us for The Highlands Table, a seated pop-up dinner co-hosted with Stroll East Highlands magazine.
On the table: Champagne cocktails, wine, charcuterie, and appetizer from Chef Cindy to start. Then handmade pasta from Chef Sam Crannell, dry-aged Wagyu flown in from Montana, and dessert from Tracy Crannell, with a craft cocktail paired with each.
Thursday, October 22, 6:00 to 8:30 PM. $150 per person. Only 28 seats at the table.
Clarify Kitchen is the home to BusyButternut Catering located in North Naperville off of Ogden Ave and Quincy Ave.
