Sauté Squad – 5th Grade Culinary Camp

For students entering 5th grade, it’s time to turn up the heat. In Sauté Squad, young chefs begin building real kitchen confidence while tackling more advanced culinary skills. Throughout the week, campers will learn essential techniques like sautéing, seasoning, knife safety, and flavor building while working together to create delicious dishes from scratch.

This program encourages creativity, independence, and problem-solving in the kitchen as students take greater ownership of their cooking. Each day introduces new ingredients, techniques, and culinary challenges designed to help them grow their skills and confidence.

By the end of the week, Sauté Squad chefs will have expanded their palate, strengthened their kitchen skills, and discovered just how fun it can be to rise to new culinary challenges.
