Clarify Kitchen's policy ensures a stress-free experience by booking only one event per day, giving clients exclusive, full-day access to the venue. This approach eliminates hourly, rushed scheduling for setup and cleanup, ensuring no extra, unexpected fees for minor overtime. - Exclusive Booking: Only one event is booked per day. - No Hourly Stress: The entire day is yours for setup and cleanup, avoiding a rushed, time-constrained experience. - No Hidden Fees: Minor, short-duration overtime (e.g., 10 minutes) does not result in "nickel and diming" or extra charges. We can offer a variety of table sizes and shapes, linens, set ups, decor. Take all the guess work out of your event and leave it to us.
Cancellation Policy
Clarify Kitchen – Party Booking Cancellation & Facility Use Policy Booking & Payment A signed agreement with payment are required to secure your event date. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 3 or more days prior to the event date will receive a full refund. 24-72 hour cancellations will have a 75% refund. Same day cancellations or failure to show will not be accepted outside of very extenuating situations and will result a forfeiture of all payments. Clarify Kitchen reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all payments will be refunded or credited toward a future booking. Use of Space & Guest Conduct Clarify Kitchen is a working commercial kitchen and event space. For safety, sanitation, and insurance purposes: Guests may not enter or use the kitchen, cooking equipment, storage areas, or staff-only spaces unless explicitly permitted and supervised by Clarify Kitchen staff. Hosts are responsible for the behavior of all guests and vendors during the event. Any unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the event without refund. Damage, Loss & Theft The booking host assumes full responsibility for the condition of the space during their event. Any damage to furniture, equipment, décor, fixtures, or the facility beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the host. Clarify Kitchen is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items belonging to the host or guests. Missing or stolen property belonging to Clarify Kitchen will be charged at full replacement cost, including labor and administrative fees if applicable. Cleaning & Trash Basic post-event cleaning is included; however: Excessive messes, spills, broken glass, or improper disposal of trash may result in additional cleaning fees. All trash must be placed in designated receptacles. Guests may not leave personal items, décor, or food behind without prior approval. Liability & Indemnification Clarify Kitchen is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of the space, failure to follow staff instructions, or guest negligence.
